In May 2022, Rick sold Warren Place Office Complex (970,175 sf) for $101,170,000—the second largest commercial real estate transaction in Tulsa history. He immediately took over exclusive leasing of the property following the sale.Rick has been awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award for the Tulsa Office Market for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 (the only broker selected all five years). He won the NAIOP Largest Office Building Sale and/or Lease Award for 2021, 2022, and 2023. The Guild Company also won the CoStar Top Office Company Leasing Award (1 of only 5 companies selected).
Rick made history as the only individual or company to ever win three NAIOP awards in the same year: Office Lease of the Year, Retail Lease of the Year, and Office Building Development of the Year.
Rick is a National NAIOP Board Member, an SIOR (the highest professional designation in commercial real estate), and was named 2022 Tulsa World Magazine Tulsan of the Year.
